So I know it has been a really long time since I was on here last.
I don't even know where to start. So I will just touch a little on the big stuff. Kaydin got the priesthood in Aug. and is now the Decon President. I am always at the school helping in LOTS of areas. Kelly is still loving his job which is wonderful. Ayla and Torey are always active and love school. Kaydin has been on the baseball team and is right now doing football. He is also in band and choir at school. He plays the trumpet. I am in charge of Activity Days in the ward and I love it. When I get to a computer that works I will add some pics.

We had a great time visiting family and going digging with my family. We had Ashley's, Haven's, and Rhett's big trucks and loaded everyone into them. Then we went up Logan canyon. It was really fun. It was really nice to get to stay with Rhett and Marissa. They are amazing. The girls want to live with them always. So I guess Aunt Marissa found little girls that adore her. I will put some pics up.

Then we were on our way up to Idaho for Kelly's family reunion at Indian Creek. Grandma Great is 94 and it was her and Grandpa Great's wish that everyone get together every year. So we went for the first time in 7 years. Kelly did a great deal of fishing, Grandma Summers took the kids with her one day and the girls had a blast. We did 4 wheeling, fishing, and kaydin got to go shooting. We were eaten alive my mosquito's, excpesially Ayla. Poor girl. Anyway it was really good to see everyone. Kelly also traded Kim hats. that they were both happy. Man Kelly loves his new hat.

so since we have been here, we are all very happy. we miss our friends from ohio, but are making new ones slowly. i hope to be starting a bunco group so that i can get to know some women here.

today is kaydin's birthday. i still can't believe that he is 11. boy is he growing up so fast.

we just got back from a 10 day trip to utah and idaho. we spent fri through mon with my family. and then mon through sat with kelly's family at indian creek camping. there were like 101 or more family there. it was good to see family. the kids did a lot of fishing, shooting(well kaydin did that) and riding four wheelers. they had a good time. kelly and i did some fishing as well, and kelly spent a good deal of time out on the creek by himself which he loved.

long time no blog

ok so i'm sorry i haven't kept up on my blog. facebook is fun and i have been putting a lot into that.
anyway so much has happened. first KELLY GOT A JOB! i know that is wonderful. we are moving to sunnyvale, california. i am scared to death. i am also excited. kelly flys out on friday. then on the 18th he will fly back and be here when the packers come. then we will finish up cleaning and saying all our goodbyes and on the 22nd we will all fly out. hopefully we will have a place to live but if not then we will work something out. he will be working for northrup grumman. i probably spelled that wrong but oh well.
kaydin is doing wonderful. he is such a sweet heart and kind hearted. i can't believe he is almost 11.
ayla has had a pretty eventful year so far. she turned 8 and with that my mom, grandma and grandpa summers, and my brother haven came out for the babtism. that was really neat. the last couple of weeks she has had to have 2 teeth pulled and she was such a trooper. she couldn't wait to go back so they could pull more. i know she is crazy. they are so good to everyone there. it is a really neat place. and she is doing wonderful in school.
torey is growing and loving learning to spell and write. she plays this website that has helped her soooo much. it is starfall.com anyway there you go. sorry it isn't more but time is short with kelly and i would like to spend time with him before he leaves in 2 days. love you all.

i know that last time i wrote i was in a bit of a sad mood. well things are looking much better these days.
i have the most wonderful husband that is hard working, sweet, adorable, and kind hearted.
i have 3 amazing and wonderful kids. they are smart, independent and very caring.
i have been blessed with healthy children that are strong and smart.
we have a warm home, with heat, electricity, water, and warm clothes
we have the savior, and his teachings to help us through our lives
we have a great ward that supports up and helps those that are in need of help
even though we don't have any job offers yet, we are still together and help each other
when we get down all we have to do is open our eyes to others that don't have these things
i am grateful for my life.
hope that your holidays are warm and full of love and family. we love all of you and enjoy your blogs. love to you all.

this is so hard so bare with me

so this week has been pretty much hell.
first i had a tumor cut out of my thigh and it won't heal. the stitches keep breaking and it keeps bleeding. i have broncitus and have so for 2 months, so today i had to get xrays of my chest and started my fourth set of antibiotics. i hope to hear from the doc. later today.
then kelly went to work on wed. and 5 min, to end of day was brought aside and told that next wed will be his last day of work as they are having major layoffs, so all of itw is i guess. wow what a shocker. they will give him his last check on jan. 9th. so i am gratful for that because they said there was no need to come back in on wed, because he can't start projects that he won't be able to finish. so he is in the mode of finding another job. i have no worries that he won't do everything in his power to get another one. he is so wonderful about taking care of us. he loves to work and won't stop. so i have a great deal of respect and love for him.
my heart breaks everytime the kids mention that they would really like this or this for christmas. it's not that they are wanting tons of things it's just that we don't have anything for anything. they understand but to what extent i am not sure.
a friend that i thought was a friend we had to call the police on. here is that story. we lend them money all the time. we let them have food, and pretty much teresa has had a say in everything from the kids, to the way my house should be. not that i really wanted her to but i am scared when it comes to setting boundries with friends. her husband helped us with a disposal in the kitchen and we thought that it was friends helping friends because we help them all the time. well no it wasn't like that at all. she called us the day before thanksgiving and wanted 50 dollars for helping. i told her we didn't have it and that was the truth. well she started to go off. so i handed the phone to kelly. as soon as he said that since her water had been shut off due to not wanting to pay for it, she has done showers, and we came home from a party to find her doing about 10 loads without asking first. she started fling the f bomb everywhere and screaming at him. well they had our dvr and kelly wanted to go get it. when he knocked and the husband let him in, she threw it at him and hit him in the chest and when he went to pick it up she started hitting and slapping him. then she said that he wasn't going to leave. oh my gosh crazy hu? anyway he pushed his way out and when he got home called the cops so that if she came up with some crazy idea she could get kelly into trouble. he didn't want to press charges because he is such a good guy and they were shocked. anyway they had their daughter call and ask for 30 and when i said that i didn't have it she was in the background egging it on. so there goes that friendship and then she told my friend that i should grow up and come to her house to "talk" like i'm going to go there. right does she think i am stupid? anyway that is enough for right now. love you all and hope your holidays are happy.

thanksgiving

today was the most amazing day. we started out by cleaning out the boxes out of the front room. wow it looks really nice. then we started watching a movie with the kids. we went back over to the old house and got the rest of the frozen food out from the freezer. we started making dinner all together. that was fun and frustrating all at the same time. having kelly, me and three kids all trying to help. it was crazy. the turkey didn't have a timer and we had to throw away the old one as it was broken. so we just took a mental note as to how long it would take. we covered the turkey with oil and garlic. wow good.
we started watching more of the movie and then stopped it again so that we could make real mashed potatoes. we made strawberry cheesecake. watched more movie and then stopped it to eat. man the turkey was so done that it just fell off the bones. we all made a turkey thankful bag. we each wrote down 10 things we are thankful for and we are going to use it like a time capsule. every year we are going to write down 10 things we are thankful for and then read the old ones to see how the kids change in their thinking of things to be thankful for.
so after we prayed, we each read 2 things out of the bag. it was fun and the kids got all excited when someone would read there's. dinner was amazing. we had turkey, real mashed potatoes, salad, croissant rolls, stuffing and gravy. we had made a pumpkin pie also.
we finished the movie and then the kids were ready to go to bed. now kelly and i are watching one of our shows and then plan on going to bed a lot earlier than we usually do.
i feel bad that i haven't written for a little while and have no pics cause torey broke ours. we hope to get one for christmas then i can show you all just how cute our house is and how big the kids are getting.
we have been unpacking and making this our home and we all LOVE it. did i say that i LOVE it? i am so happy here. everything took so much in the bigger house and here everything is all close and i can clean in like an hour. where as the other house it would overwhelm me and then i wouldn't do it very often. i have kept up with dishes, laundry, and the bathroom. oh and the front room. i am just so happy here.

life is crazy.

so we are in the middle of moving. we found this house on wed. then we got the approval on tue. then we moved in fri. so lets just say it is insane. we didn't have any help except for the two most amazing men in the ward. they helped with the furniture. then it was up to kelly and i. we only have 7 boxes cause we can't find anymore anywhere. so we pack come unpack( and put it away right then, huge blessing) and then start it all over again.
we LOVE this little house. kaydin hasn't had an accedent since we moved ( he has had really bad issues with it) and torey hasn't wet her pullups either. so YEAH! even our dog loves it here. it has been a blessing and we have only been here 3 days.

thanks. everyone for your prayers. it was me and my friend but my nerves were so shot that i couldn't deal so i went to sleep. i know crazy. with all other surgeries, i would pace and cry and pace and you know just go crazy. but this one was different. i think it was the lord blessing me through it. kelly is doing great. other than bruising he is wonderful. we are all doing good. the weather is crazy the last couple of weeks. it has been in the 80's. today though it is 50. HUGE difference. anyway i will post somemore at a later time. have to get the kids shoes found for school. even though i don't wear them :). you all know how that is right? love you all.

EVERYTHING IS GOING WELL

SO KELLY WENT IN FIRST THING ON FRI. MY FRIEND TERESA CAME WITH ME SO THAT I WOULDN'T BE ALONE DURING THE ORDEAL. KELLY WENT TO SURGERY AROUND 8. THE WAY THAT I USUALLY DEAL WITH STRESS IS TO SLEEP. SO GUESS WHAT? I FOUND A CONSULT ROOM WITH A RECLINER AND WENT TO SLEEP. IT WAS SO NICE TO JUST SLEEP THROUGH IT ALL. TERESA CAME AND MADE ME WAKE UP SO THAT I COULD EAT AND ABOUT 10 MIN LATER MY PAGER WENT OFF. KELLY DID GREAT. THEY FOUND THE EXTRA CIRCUT AND GOT IT TAKEN CARE OF. IT TOOK KELLY ABOUT 2 HOURS TO REALLY WAKE UP. HE WAS READY TO GO HOME BUT THEY MADE HIM LAY THERE TILL 4. WHEN WE GOT TO LEAVE, WE GOT 2 BLOCKS AWAY TO EAT AND KELL SAID THAT THERE WAS BLOOD RUNNING DOWN HIS LEG. NOT GOOD. SO WE WENT BACK AND THEY SAID THAT HE DID THE PERFECT THING BY PUTTING TONS OF PRESSURE ON IT. THEY MADE HIM LAY BACK DOWN AND BY 6 WE WERE READY TO COME HOME. HE TOOK IT REALLY EASY. THEN YESTERDAY HE INSISTED ON GOING WITH ME TO PICK UP THE KIDS. I HAD TO STOP AT A YARD SALE, REALLY I JUST HAD TO. I WAS GOING THROUGH MAJOR WITHDRAWL SYNDROME. :) ANYWAY DO YOU THINK KELL STAYED IN THE CAR LIKE I ADVISED HIM. NO. SO HE WALKED AROUND. BY THE TIME WE GOT HOME HE WAS HURTING SO BAD HE DIDN'T LEAVE THE COUCH THE REST OF THE EVENING. BUT TODAY HE IS FEELING MUCH BETTER. I WON'T LET HIM EVEN WALK AROUND THE HOUSE UNLESS HE HAS A REAL REASON. :) I AM NAZI NURSE TO HIM. HE NEEDS TO RECOVER SO THAT HE CAN GO BACK TO WORK. I WOULD LIKE HIM TO STAY HOME ON MON. BUT HE THINKS HE CAN DO IT. WE'LL JUST HAVE TO WAIT AND SEE. ANYWAY THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR PRAYERS AND THOUGHTS AND CALLS. WE LOVE YOU ALL VERY MUCH. THANKS AGAIN.

this week has been pretty busy. we have been taking kaydin EVERYWHERE around here to sell popcorn for his scout troop. he is having a blast. last year the boys didn't sell hardly anything because we had a predetor that was in the neighborhood and had already almost got 4 kids. scary so none of the parents would go out. the popcorn sales is what pays for camp, badges, activities so that the kids don't have to pay each week. so we have been working really hard. if anyone is interested in buying some from him they have a website that you can goto and buy it there and it goes to him and they deliver it to your door so that we don't have to ship it. how cool is that. just let me know. i just don't want you to think that we expect you to do it cause we are family. he is doing really well. he is trying to get $2400 in sales so that he can earn a nintedo ds but he will live if he doesn't get that. amazing enough he is at $1200. crazy. last year is was $150 and the year before was $400. this year we are really trying to help the group.

kelly has WOLF PARKINSON WHITE SYNDROME. it is an extra electrical circuit in his heart that mimics a heart attack. scary. there is no way to know if it is real or just the extra circuit causeing problems. he has been taken by ambulance 3 times and now i REALLY talked to the doctor and the heart doctor and told them that i am terrified that we won't know and he will regain his barings and then die. so the first of next month he is going in for a Catheter Ablation. please pray for him that everything will go good and that he will come out of it better than he goes in. we are both scared. at least we know what he has and know that there is a solution to help him. it's just really scary.

ayla is doing great. the blessing and prayers healed her completly!!!!!!!!!! i know the lord and passed family was there and pulled her through.

torey is just cute and wonderful. i love that she loves to play by herself and loves it. she would rather play by herself than have me or anyone else there. she is really easy.

the last week

i am going to try to write every week so that it's like my journal.
last sat. we took the kids to the park and let them play, we walked and so we did not have the car. ayla was swinging and when she was 15 feet in the air slipped off and landed on her face. thank goodness that she did not have her glasses as they would have broke in her eyes. she blacked out. when she came to she just layed there screaming. kelly went to go get the car and take hope home. it seemed like hours which it was only like 15 min. in that time she blacked out a dozen times, did not know where she was, who i was, where her friends from years ago where, why was she at the park, what was she doing. things like that over and over and over. i knew something was seriously wrong. when kelly got back i called the ambulance. she had split her lip half way and was bleeding. the ride was terrifing. when we got to the hospital, she was very out of control. it took 5 of us to hold her down. she was screaming and would bite, kick, pinch, hit, headbutt any one that was near her. she pulled out her iv 3 times. the things she would say just cut me to the bone. the doctor said that she didn't know what she was saying as where she hit the ground was where her emotions are. to get the ct scan they had 4 of us holding her down and they had to sedate her. it did an ok job but she would drift in and out and when she was in she would scream and thrash around. it was VERY difficult to get any of the tests done because they had to keep moving her which would bring her to. the bishop and another man from church came and gave her a blessing. i know without a shadow of doubt that the lord was watching over her as well as grandpa garr. an hour after every visible evidence of her fall was gone. her lip sealed up. she got her full memory back within 3 hours. we had 6 surgions come and look at her over and over because they were shocked that she had not broken anything, and didn't even look like anything had ever happened. she was kept over night and released. she is doing amazing. she still has a headache every once in a while, but other than that she is perfect. i love the lord and knows that he takes care of his children.

kelly also found out that he is eligable for this proceedure to fry out his extra cercut in his heart. he has wolf parkinson white syndrom and it mimmics a heart attack. we never know if it was that or a real heart attack and was really scary. so they are going to go in and do it the first of next month. please pray that it will all work out and he won't have any of the scary side affects. thanks for all your love and prayers. love you all.

OH MY GOSH I HAVE A 10 YEAR OLD!

so this summer kaydin turned 10. i can't believe it. it seems like yesterday when he was just born. i know that every parent says that, but it's TRUE! kaydin will be going into the 4th grade and that is SCARY and ayla is doing 1st again. torey should be starting preschool, but i haven't found one that i like so she might not be going. summer is almost over and i wonder where the time has been flying to. kelly and i took some friends to King's Island for kelly's work party and that was a blast. i will show some pics. love you all.

AMERICAN IDLE

SO MONDAY WAS REALLY FUN. MY FRIEND GRETCHEN TRIED OUT FOR AMERICAN IDLE IN KENTUCKY. WE HAD TO LEAVE AT 2 AM AND WE WERE SOOOOOO TIRED BUT IT WAS WORTH IT. OH MY GOSH THERE WERE SOOOO MANY PEOPLE THERE TO AUDITION. SHE DIDN'T MAKE IT THROUGH, BUT SHE IS AMAZING. SHE IS GLAD JUST TO HAVE TRIED OUT. SHE WOULD HAVE BEEN SAD IF SHE DIDN'T TRY. THE REALITY OF TV IS CRAZY. YOU THINK YOU ARE SEEING SOMETHING, BUT THE TAKES ARE NUMEROUS AND IT REALLY ISN'T REAL WHAT YOU SEE ON TV. BUT ANYWAY WE HAD A BLAST. I WAS HAPPY THAT SHE ASKED ME TO GO WITH HER. ANYWAY LOVE YOU ALL.

The Joys of Camping!

We had a really fun and exciting time camping. Yes there were a ton of things that went wrong, but over all we had a great time. We left after Kelly got off work, which we probably should have waited until morning, but we didn't. We got almost there about 40 min away and off the freeway thank goodness. We got a flat on the trailor, so we changed it and about 2 min. later that one blew too. So after much struggling, we got our tent up and got into sleep around 1:30 and had to leave the trailor. The next two days TONS of rain. flooding everywhere. oh well. the next three days really hot with a high humidity. but it was really nice to be together as a family and there was LOTS of fishing done. i think we caught (well the kids only) around 35 fish. we kept 7 and the kids enjoyed eating them. kaydin found a frog and played with it for 2 days until we were afraid that he was going to kill it. we love camping and the joys that come with it. we are really blessed to live in such a beautiful world with beauty all around. the flowers were wonderful and the girls had a blast picking them and making arangements with them. anyway here are some pics. hope you all enjoyed your 4th of july weekend. OH and KAYDIN TURNED 10! can you believe that? i am not old enough to have a 10 year old. ahhhhhhhh. he had fun. love you all.

camping

so we were going to go to wisconsin to see kelly's brother and family next week, but last minute changes we had to do something else because of the money issue. so we are going to go camping instead. we are really excited because this place is so amazing. it used to be an old rock corry, and the ohio state changed it back to nature and it is so beautiful. this place is about 3 hours away and it is FREE. nothing here is free, but this place. so that's where we go. it has a pond with fish in it and only kids can fish there. kaydin caught a HUGE fish last year. he was so proud of himself. so that's a possitive! it has a playground that the kids can play at. we have had awesome camping in utah and idaho, but this is by far the most amazing. we are going up wed. night after kelly gets off work and staying till monday night. i can't wait. i love being surrounded by god's beauty. there is just something about camping in a tent and just relaxing. very soothing to the soul. anyway we will celebrate kaydin's 10th birthday there. I AM JUST SOOOOO EXCITED> can you believe kaydin will be 10? i can't. oh my gosh my kids are getting really old. wow that makes me old. ahhhhhhh. :) anyway just thought i would add to my blogs.

oh by the way, rhett, marissa, kalista, and keegan are doing very well. mom said that marissa stood up and her stomach has really gone down, lucky girl. i am sooo jelous. jk.

we still haven't heard anything on jobs yet, but we are praying hard and with all of your prays the lord will put us where we need to be. thanks for all of your love and support. we love all of you so much and miss you and hope that all is well with you and your families.

well if you didn't know Rhett and Marissa had there baby! he is so cute. 8 lbs 14 oz. i feel bad cause rhett and haven are both being layed off next week. lazy boy is moving out of state and that leaves a whole lot of people without a job. so marissa told the doctor that she only would have insurance for another week and so he induced. both haven and rhett have kids to take care of and i pray that the lord will help them find new jobs quickly that pay good.

gavin is pretty miserable and if any of you could email him with strong words of comfort he could really use it. Gavin Garr Gavin Garr x_2nr_x@hotmail.com. please pray for him and email him and let him know that we support him and that he is doing the right thing.

summer is still going and really i like school. it's not that i don't like my kids being home it's just that ALL they do is fight. ALLLLLLL the time. so now i've worked out chores that have to be done and less friends to play with. the more they play with friends the more they fight and are really rude to each other. we go to the metro parks and walk a lot with hope and they seem to like that. i know that hope loves it. she is a really good dog.

:K: so some of you know that kelly is applying to three jobs. one is houston, one in austin, and one in utah/idaho. we have to wait for the one in utah/idaho to post and then he can apply. this is really interesting for me. kelly worked with a guy like 4 years ago. kelly made such an impression that he works in utah and told his boss that kelly is the man that they are looking for. he has all the knowledge and work skills that even though he doesn't have sales experience that he would personally take him under his wing and train him. wow that is amazing. this job isn't even posted yet and kelly has a guy that is standing up for him and encouraging the main boss to look at hiring him. again WOW. i am soooooo proud of him.

anyway i know i ususally don't post very long ones but i felt it was time. love you all and please pray for rhett, haven, gavin, and kelly that if the lord wants us back in utah/idaho that we can get that job. LOVE YOU ALL TONS>

oh my gosh it was sooooo much fun going to visit scott. the weather wasn't that great driving, in fact it didn't stop raining till we got to D.C. but it wasn't too bad. we got there friday night and they made us dinner. clayton is so sweet. scott had just gotten out of the hospital the day before, so we didn't do anything but gab and watch a movie that they both we in. it was fun. sat. clayton went garage saleing and when he got back, kelly and i cleaned scotts wheelchair and took him to D.C. with us. we wheeled him around and saw some amazing sites. i am really glad that we were able to spend the weekend with them. they took us to a play sat. night and it was really fun. we then left sunday morning and came home. over all we were in the car driving a total of 16 hours. i love scott and clayton so much. they have hearts of gold. thanks so much for letting us come and stay. i will add some pics later.

so i have been seeing a doctor about my moods and how often they swing and how bad they get. well i am bi-polar. i know HUGE shock. no i am on some new meds now that i hope will work and then i can be sorted out. here are some pics of the family.

i also am starting school in the fall in accounting with a minor in business i believe. i'm really excited. with all my love danielle

Today it was so nice we had to play and clean outside! The kids had a BLAST cleaning the yard and cleaning out the hot tub. Man if only I could get them to clean like this all the time :) . Anyway thought that I would post another with pics of the kids cause it's soooo much fun. Oh and of Easter. Love you all.

kelly eating contest

Last Sat. we took the kids to a flea market. They had a great time and they were given easter eggs with bonus bucks in them. anyway kelly entered into a peeps eating contest. he won with 34 peeps and it was DISCUSTING, but funny. he won $50. to spend there at the market. it was a really fun day. he was able to buy a cool double bladed knife, and other odds and ends. here are some pics of him in the contest.

Well we finally got the front room done. Yeah! We painted the walls a brown and it is amazing at how warm it makes it feel. I LOVE it! It is really nice to have the rooms back in order again. Love you all

I was going through old pics for a wall of the kids as they have been growing and I found these. The one is of Torey and I LOVE it. It is an amazing pic. They other three look as they were taken in 86' and then Kristy was Easter Egg hunting at my mom's house. Oh the memories. Love you all so much.

Oh yeah today I got contacts. They are so weird to get used to. My eyes feel sooooo weird.

Working on the dining room and the front room NIGHTMARE!

we have been working on the dining room and the frontroom this last couple of weeks. we put down the floating wood floor in both rooms and it looks really good. the front room has been way harder because we tore out the carpet and forgot to take up the pad and so some broke after walking on the floor. anyway we ended up tearing literally up the floor and taking the pad out. we are almost done with the floor and are going to paint a brown in the front room and the dining room we did a plum. oh my goodness it looks amazing. i love the colors, not only together, but it makes the rooms way more warm. kelly is amazing at helping me acomplish my goals with the house. here are some pics. love ya all.

Time in Utah

I have been to Utah the last week for a funeral for my cousin Austin. The funeral was amazing. The love that was there for him and his family was just outstanding.
I was able to stay with Ashley for a few days. I spent a lot of time at Temple Square as he and his woman had to work. It was good to go again. Ashley and his friend Brad and I went out to dinner and then went to the mall where we had a good time. It was fun to around them again. He has a great family. Then I went on to see Gavin get sworn in to the National Guard. WOW. My little brothers are all growing up. Then on to Aunt Alyn's house for the viewing and funeral. It was so sad and yet wonderful. I guess you just had to be there to feel and understand what I am saying. Austin was a great man and everyone loves him. The display of affection was wow. Then we went on to my mom's house. It was fun to be there. It feels like a lifetime since I've lived there. My mom and I had a good long talk on Sunday and that was great. I miss her so much. It was snowing hard and so our ride to Salt Lake was slow. When I got to the airport, my departure was delayed. It was ok once we got going though. When I got to Chicago, there was a big storm and so almost all the flights were either canceled or delayed a lot. I was supposed to leave at 9:15pm but my flight to Columbus wasn't going to be leaving till 11:55. So I was standing in line for customer service and was wondering what I was going to do as I got sick earlier that morning. I looked up and saw the gate for Dayton. I ran over there and asked if there was any way I could get on that flight and they said yes. I even got to sit in the good seats up front. We weren't able to leave for 3 hours. I made it home about 1:15am. Then it isn't very far from the airport to our house so we were home at 1:40. It was nice to sleep in my own bed. Now I am really sick with the flu and am very glad it waited till I was at home. Love you all and I am really grateful for being able to be there with you all, even when it was so sad of an occation.

Birthdays in Jan.

So this month is really busy with birthday's. Ayla started it out first. her birthday was on mon. the 7th and we had a party schedualed but then I got the flu and postponed it till today. Boy was she not happy about that. Yesterday the 11th was my birthday and I didn't think that Kelly was going to do anything, but low and behold he tricked me and there was a surprise party waiting for me when we got home from dinner. It was wonderful. When we were done with the party, Torey started crying that her ear hurt. Oh boy what a night. I don't think that many of us got any sleep. She was so sad and in pain all night. Then today was the party for Ayla. That was absolutly CRAZY. Take 13 girls all dressed up like princesses and singing and dancing to princess kareokee. Wow. Anyway we all survived and Torey is feeling much better. Now her birthday party is next Sat. Then we will be done till March. Anyway love to you all.

happy new year

happy new year from the summers family.
here is a look from last year.
kelly loves his job. he is a welding engineer at hobart brothers here in ohio. he hasn't done much traveling this year and i am happy with that. he is the scout master for our ward and is having fun with it.
danielle taught zumba for a little while until she had her last surgury. and is now getting her strenghth back. she had her gall bladder removed in late july and in september had her apendix removed also.
kaydin is 9 and loving it. he is in the 3rd grade and is getting a's and b's. we are so proud of him. he can't wait till he is 16 so he can date. can you believe that?
ayla is almost 7 and is doing very well in the 1st grade. she got glasses and is happy that she can see the board now. she is growing into such a little lady.
torey is almost 4 and is so grown up. she is our little mommy. she is very smart and can't wait till she is in the primary.
wow life goes so fast. it seems like yesterday that they were just little babies. we love you all.
